Furniture Now – Delivery, Return & Exchange Policy

At Furniture Now, we are committed to providing quality furniture and reliable delivery service. Please review the following policies carefully, as they apply to all purchases made in-store or online.

Delivery Instructions

We do not provide a specific delivery time. Customers are required to call after 5:00 pm the day before delivery to obtain their four-hour delivery window. This timeframe is determined by our warehouse and cannot be changed. Delivery cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date; otherwise, a minimum local cancellation fee of $129 will be applied. All remaining balances are due at the time of delivery and must be paid in cash or cashier’s check only. Personal checks and credit cards will not be accepted at the time of delivery. Delivery dates provided at the time of purchase are estimates and may vary due to manufacturer delays or scheduling conflicts, and any such changes do not invalidate the order. Customers are responsible for ensuring that merchandise can fit into the designated delivery area, including stairways, doorways, and elevators. Furniture Now is not responsible for items that cannot be delivered due to size or space restrictions. In addition, our delivery team cannot move, rearrange, or haul away old furniture.

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales at Furniture Now are final. Once an order has been placed and processed, no refunds, exchanges, or store credits will be issued. Special orders are not subject to cancellation and cannot be refunded or exchanged. Layaway purchases must be collected and paid in full by the agreed-upon deadline, and no refunds will be given for unclaimed layaways. In the rare event that a return is approved at management’s discretion, the return will be subject to a 25% handling, reconditioning, and restocking fee, along with a minimum local delivery or pick-up charge of $129. Title of merchandise passes to the buyer at the time of delivery, and once delivered and signed for, all items become the sole responsibility of the customer. Buyers must inspect all merchandise upon delivery, as Furniture Now will not be responsible for damages, shortages, or defects reported after delivery.

Clearance items, discounted merchandise, and floor samples are sold strictly “As Is.” These items may display showroom wear, imperfections, or signs of use and are not eligible for refund, return, exchange, or servicing under any circumstances.

Customer Responsibility

Before placing an order, customers are encouraged to carefully measure all entryways, stairways, hallways, and elevators to ensure that the furniture will fit into the intended space. Furniture Now is not responsible for merchandise that cannot be delivered due to access limitations.
