Delivery Instructions 

We do not give a specific time for delivery. Customers are required to call (after 5 pm) the day before delivery to get the four-hour window. The window of delivery is determined by our warehouse and cannot be changed. Delivery cancellation must be 48 hours prior to the delivery date otherwise customer will be charged a minimum of $99 (local). All balances due upon delivery must be paid with cash or cashier check Only. No personal checks or credit cards will be accepted at the time of delivery.


All sales are final. No Exchange, No Refund, No store credit.

Special orders are not subject to cancellation. No Refunds on unclaimed Lay-Aways. Any returns are subject to handling, reconditioning, and restocking charges of 25% and a minimum delivery charge of $99 (Local). The actual delivery of merchandise is estimated according to information on hand at the time the order is written. The date of order may vary from the delivery date promised and the Buyer agrees that changes in the delivery date will not invalidate this order. The seller shall not be responsible for delays in the delivery of merchandise occasioned by the manufacturer. The buyer shall measure doorways, stairways, and areas to be used before ordering. Sellers are not responsible for merchandise purchased that is too large to fit. Because of loading schedules Seller can only designate a four-hour window time period for delivery, not a specified time. The seller cannot move, rearrange, or hall away old furniture. All floor samples and clearance items are "AS IS". No refunds, returns, credits, or servicing.
