At Furniture Now!, we are committed to ensuring that our customers enjoy a seamless experience with the furniture they purchase. As part of this commitment, we provide a one-year limited warranty on most of our furniture, covering any defects in craftsmanship or materials from the manufacturer.
We understand that sometimes accidents happen, or unexpected issues may arise with your furniture. To offer our customers even more peace of mind, we provide the option to purchase extended coverage through the Guardian Protection Plan. This extended warranty covers various types of accidental damage and wear, such as stains, rips, punctures, and breakage, offering additional security beyond the manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to others. The warranty period begins on the date the item is received, and any claims related to freight or delivery charges start at $129.00.

For Fabric, Leather, and Vinyl Furniture:
- Protection from stains caused by common food and beverages, bodily fluids (human or pet), and substances such as ink, nail polish, and cosmetics.
- Coverage for accidental rips, cuts, burns, and punctures.
- Breakage of frames, springs, or sleeper mechanisms after the manufacturer's warranty expires.

For Wood and Hard Surface Furniture:
- Protection from stains caused by food or beverages.
- Coverage for accidental damage such as gouges, heat marks, or liquid rings.
- Coverage for breakage of glass or mirror components and defects such as scratching or loss of silvering on mirrors.
- Protection against finish damage from peeling, bubbling, or cracking.
While we strive to deliver your furniture in perfect condition, we also recognize that certain situations are outside the scope of our warranties. These exclusions include, but are not limited to, normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, neglect, modifications made by the customer, and damage resulting from improper care or exposure to elements such as sunlight or moisture. Additionally, any furniture purchased "as-is," along with specific items like mattresses or mattress accessories, is not eligible for warranty claims.
What is Not Covered:
- Damage resulting from improper use, abuse, or neglect.
- Modifications made by the customer, including the application of fabric protection.
- Normal wear and tear, including cushion settling, fabric wrinkling, and fading due to sunlight.
- Damage from commercial use, non-residential settings, or accidents during delivery.
- Water damage or electrical malfunctions caused by external factors.
- Items sold as "clearance" or "as-is."
